We’ve been managing Facebook and Instagram of Kloud, its main communication channels, in order to increase user engagement on both channels as well as appealing Kloud beer with its own premium flavor and savor to consumers.

In addition, we’ve effectively appealed the brand to its core target by creating content optimized for Facebook channel, including social video, Canvas, and card news, and conducting detailed marketing activity per each content.
We’ve also built branding strategies through collaborative campaigns with various media, such as offline magazine and MCN, and have been drawing high consumer responses by running regular sections, which reflect the characteristics of each channel.

Postcommunications has increased customer loyalty through the collaborative magazine campaign as a part of branding project to expand the target and symbolically show Kloud’s premium.
Our various campaigns have achieved the uplift of consumers’ reactions to social media channels, and we’ve been achieving great results by executing the campaigns introducing the stores that sell Kloud beer to consumers, in collaboration with Kakaomap, which ultimately induces them to visit offline stores.
